If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days from the date of delivery (the date you received the product). For all returns, kindly contact us on hello@mesco-group.com

REFUNDS POLICIY

All items must be in their original packaging, unused, along with the invoice and within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Please note that if there is a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the returned items and in the event that we find no production defects, we reserve the right to revoke the refund. Items returned due to manufacturing defect will receive a full refund or can be exchaged.

All refunds will be calculated as the original price paid, excluding any delivery charges. Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.

After returning the products to us, it can take your bank two weeks to process our refund request.

In store refunds: If you wish to return the items personally, you may do so by visiting our main branch.

Courier: We can arrange for courier collection which will include a return delivery fee of AED 25 which must be paid in cash, upon pick-up.

EXCHANGE POLICIY

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery when :

- Items are accompanied by their original receipt or order conformation

- Items have not been opened or tampered with, are sealed in their original packaging and kept in a suitable condition

- Items have a manufacturing defect (please notify us on hello@mesco-group.com as soon as possible)*

Items can be returned and exchanged at our main branch; you can simply visit us with the original invoice or order number.

Courier: We can arrange for courier collection which will include a return delivery fee of AED 25 which must be paid in cash upon pick-up.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately on hello@mesco-group.com and we will do our best to assist you. We can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. A cancellation fee is applicable when the order has been dispatched.

NOTICE - Resin products can only be returned if sealed and in original packaging and with reciept within 7 days. 

                 - Easels are not eligible for exchange, refund or return. 

                - Discounted products are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
