What are the delivery options?

We currently offer Home Delivery.

I have placed my order, how long does delivery take?

You will receive an order confirmation email with the expected time/date of delivery.

Where is MESCO located?

Our main branch is located on Abu Baker Al Sideeq Road, Opposite Hamarain Centre. You can view map if you click on our LOCATION.

Do you ship outside the UAE?

For delivery outside the UAE, please contact us on hello@mesco-group.com

Do you deliver across the UAE?

We deliver across the UAE with the exception of some areas, please refer to our shipping policy to see the no service areas.

Which payment options do I have when I place an order online?

We currently accept payments with Debit Cards, Credit Cards and cash on delivery.

What are the delivery charges in the UAE?

We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders of AED 250 and above. Orders below AED 250 will have a delivery fee of AED 20.

I cannot find the item I'm looking for, what should I do?

We are constantly updating and adding new items on our site however, if you cannot find what you're looking for, send us an email on hello@mesco-group.com and we will be happy to assist you.
