The new generation of Baryta Photographique offers photographers and printers the opportunity to produce impressions with the appearance of a true traditional silver print, with a particularly improved finish. Baryta Photographique II is covered with a real layer of barium sulfate (barite) that offers exceptional contrast and faithful reproduction of details and colors. This paper has an extremely high D-Max to print images in black and white, respecting its depth and clarity while preserving the brightness and intensity of the images in color printing. This new generation of paper has a more structured and satin surface that recalls the traditional fiber-based silver papers.
